Can My Device Use eSIM?
To use an eSIM, your mobile device must be both carrier-unlocked and eSIM-compatible. Check the list below to confirm if your device supports eSIM. Note that restrictions may apply based on countries and carriers.
Devices Supporting eSIM:
Apple
Compatible models include:
- iPhone 16 series, iPhone 15 series, iPhone 14 series, iPhone 13 series, iPhone 12 series, iPhone 11 series, iPhone XS, XS Max, XR, SE (2020/2022).
- iPads with Wi-Fi + Cellular features such as iPad Air (3rd/4th gen), iPad Pro (11-inch/12.9-inch), and iPad Mini (5th/6th gen).
Note:
- iPhones from Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macao (except select models) do not support eSIM.
- Only Wi-Fi + Cellular iPads are compatible.
- Please check if your phone is locked in Settings>>General>>About>>Network Lock
Samsung
Supported models include:
Galaxy S24, S23, S22, S21 (5G models), S20 series, Z Flip/Fold series, and Note 20 series.
Note:
Certain models, like the Galaxy S20 FE, S21 FE, and many devices sold in South Korea or the USA, may lack eSIM capability. Confirm with your carrier or manufacturer.
Google Pixel
Compatible models include:
Pixel 9 series, Pixel 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, and 3a (select variants only).
Note:
Pixel 3 and 3a models from some regions/carriers may not support eSIM.

- Motorola: Razr (2019, 5G).
- HUAWEI: P40, Mate 40 Pro (restrictions for certain models).

- Supported on devices like Surface Pro 9, Surface Go 3, and select laptops from Acer, ASUS, Dell, HP, and Lenovo.
- PCs must run Windows 10 version 1703 or later and be LTE-ready.

- eSIM support may depend on your carrier and region. Always confirm compatibility with your device manufacturer or carrier.
- Devices locked to specific carriers (e.g., AT&T-locked Surface devices) may have eSIM disabled.
