Simgo eSIM Exchange, Cancellation and Refund policy
To ensure your rights and provide peace of mind when purchasing Tourist eSIMs from SIMGO, we have established a “Return, Cancellation, and Refund” policy to assist you in the event of receiving the wrong product or encountering issues caused by our errors.
1. Return Policy
If you receive an incorrect eSIM type compared to your order, SIMGO is committed to facilitating an exchange within 24 hours.
In cases where you have already purchased an eSIM but wish to switch to a different type, you can contact us via Hotline/WhatsApp at +84395994994 or email at [email protected]. Upon approval of your request, you will be allowed to exchange your current eSIM for a new one.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so without any fees before making a payment or prior to receiving your eSIM QR code.
Once the eSIM QR code has been delivered, cancellations are no longer possible. Refunds will only be issued in cases where the eSIM has a technical issue, and our Support Team has been informed but is unable to resolve the problem.
If you do not see the eSIM email in your primary inbox, we recommend checking your spam or promotional folders. Failing to check these folders and report the issue may result in no refund.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used for the purchase (e.g., PayPal). Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be completed.
